The new series will see couples experience an adventure laden tour-de-force through exotic destinations, with locales such as Spain, Oman, Africa, Doha, Monaco, Sicily and Brazil under consideration. Couples will enjoy an extravagant getaway including a limousine ride to the airport, high-end luxury accommodation and a trip complete with adrenaline-charged adventures.
The catch: some attractions are harrowing such as bungy jumping, sky diving or white water rafting, forcing them to confront their fears and phobias. Fail to undertake a challenge and the trip is over for the both of them.
AXN is currently receiving nominations from all over Asia. If chosen, the couple will be surprised by the show's host at an unsuspecting moment and asked to drop everything and leave straight away.
Ultimae Escape is an original concept by activeTV President and Executive Producer, Michael McKay.
"Ultimae Escape will be a prime time adventure travel series that operates on a number of different levels. It takes a deserving couple, surprises them with an extravagant trip, whisks them across the globe, presents them with adventures they never thought possible and brings viewers in on their story all at the same time" says McKay.
Ultimae Escape will be series produced by Kylie Washington-Brook and post produced at activeTV's Melbourne based facility. Supervising Producer will be Serena Lau who heads up activetTV's Singapore operation.
activeTV

first version of the Emmy award winning show to be made outside the
USA) and are currently in post-production on a second series.
