E! Entertainment Television Names Hosts of E! News Asia.
 
Dominic Lau and Marion Caunter to Anchor New Weekly Asia-Centric Entertainment News Program Launching Singapore, March 26, 2010 - On Sunday, March 28 at 8:30 pm (Singapore time), E! Entertainment Television will launch E! News Asia, a new weekly roundup of the biggest entertainment stories from Hollywood and throughout Asia to be produced by activeTV. Anchoring the weekly series will be popular presenters Dominic Lau and Marion Caunter, known to viewers throughout the region for their extensive experience as on-air hosts of numerous popular programs.

E! , the channel dedicated to the world of celebrities, pop culture and entertainment launches E! News Asia to complement the daily broadcast from Hollywood of "E! News" presented by Ryan Seacrest and Giuliana Rancic airing weeknights at 6 pm (Singapore time).  E! News is the channel's most highly rated and long-running production and is a global brand, having launched successful versions in Italy, France, Poland, Germany, Korea and Latin America.
 
About Dominic Lau
Known to millions of fans as "VJ Dom," Dominic Lau has been interviewing the world's celebrities for the past several years, most recently as presenter for Channel [V] International.  There, he has hosted a long list of shows, including The Rock Show, [V] Countdown, Video [Scope], Remote Control, and others.  In addition, he has emceed countless live events, including Channel [V] Thailand Music Video Awards 2009, Hong Kong Rocks Music Festival 2008, Coldplay's Asian Tour Launch Party 2006 and Lady Gaga's Tour Launch Party 2009.  Prior to his work with Channel [V] International, Lau was presenter for Star Movies: VIP Access, a role in which he has interviewed countless stars, including Will Smith, Robert Downey, Jr., Ben Stiller, Amy Adams, Owen Wilson, Kate Bosworth, Clint Eastwood, John Travolta and Helen Mirren, among many others.
 
About Marion Caunter
Marion Caunter is probably best known for her breakthrough role as co-host of 8tv Quickie, but since then has become familiar to fans throughout Asia as a VJ for Channel [V] International, and as host of Malaysia's hit reality singing competition series One In A Million.  For Channel [V] International, Ms. Caunter has served as host/presenter on numerous shows, including Poparazzi, Video [Scope], The Ticket, Remote Control and Seoul of Asia.  Some of the many live events she has fronted include Longchamp's 60th Anniversary Party 2008 , Dior Iconic Mascara Launch Party 2008, DKNY Launch 2009 and the Clive Magazine Launch Party 2008.
