We celebrate 5 years in Singapore!

ActiveTV celebrates 5 years in Singapore with an intimate get-together with friends. Amongst the celebrants were Ricky Ow and Derek Wong from AXN, Mike Mendelsohn from Comcast, Janine Stein from Hollywood Reporter & ContentAsia, Sandie Lee and Selina Williams from Starhub, as well as Shawn Mak from Singapore Tourism Board.

"We have been away on productions such as The Amazing Race Asia for such a long while, and it's high time that we got everyone together again for a proper drink," declares Michael McKay, "as if we needed an excuse!"

The host of E! News Asia, Dominic Lau and Allan Wu from The Amazing Race Asia let us on some of the behind the scenes snippets from their shows, and Nathaniel Brendel, Director of Judging, International Emmy Awards surprises Ricky Ow, the General Manager of AXN with an Emmy nomination plaque for the third season of The Amazing Race Asia.

Ricky Ow also announced that he has signed ActiveTV on for a brand new 30 episodes quiz show during the evening.

The highlight of the night was Moet champagne given away to 7 lucky winners: Michelle Schofield and Joanne Lim from AETN, James Ross from ITV, Mike Jackson from MEC, Chris Keely from MTV and last but not least Kim Wong from Media Corp Singapore.  

McKay thanked the invited guests for supporting the company and helping to make it one of the key production entities in the region.
