Brad has worked in the television industry for over 20 years in the UK, Australia and Asia. He has created and adapted many formats and has won numerous awards for his efforts.

His work at activeTV has included the US version of 'The Amazing Race', the Israeli version, as well as the award winning Asian and Australian versions. 

Brad co-created and directed a large-scale primetime reality format in Singapore called ‘Can You Serve’ for MediaCorp TV for two seasons, and has directed a series of five commercials for the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism.

Brad was Director Of Programming and Production for ANTV, a national television station in Indonesia and took the network to highest ratings and position in its 16-year history, in less than six months.  During his time at ANTV, Brad oversaw the production team of 1100 people and all aspects of every program made by the network, from large scale variety and reality, national football coverage, music and other genres.

Working with the News Limited Group on this project, Brad also consulted the Star TV Group on other aspects of their business during this time and was personally thanked and recognised by the Murdoch family for his contribution. 

Brad has produced over 1000 episodes of studio based TV and worked on the ground in over 50 countries, both directing and producing. Prior to ANTV, Brad ran a production company in Indonesia and adapted ten formats for the local market, including ‘Cash Cab’ and ‘Oblivious’ and created another six formats, including ‘Bule Gila’, a reality format that is a household name in Indonesia.  All were successful primetime productions.

Also during this time, Brad facilitated international programs such as ‘Raw Nature’ from US and ‘Reel Race’ for Discovery Asia.

Working for the World Sport Group as their Executive Producer In Singapore, Brad won two Asian Television Awards for ‘Football Asia’ and ‘The Asia Sports Show’ and produced Singapore’s coverage on the World Cup. During this time he also created the ‘J-League’ highlights show, so successful and sought after, it was sold back to the Japanese host broadcaster.

Prior to TV, Brad worked with Kylie Minogue as a tour co-ordinator on her first World Tour, when he was just 23 years old.
