Production
Armed with a Diploma in Mass Communications, Kai En entered the media industry as an Assistant Director with MediaCorp Studios in the Chinese Drama department. Since then, she has worked on a variety of shows ranging from drama, infotainment, animation, corporate videos and reality television shows.
She directed "R.E.M. - The Next Generation" which won Best Children's Programme at Asian Television Awards in 2008. She also covered MIPTV and the Cannes Film Festival in 2008 for the Media Development Authority in Singapore.
After taking a producing workshop at New York University, Kai spent a year in Shanghai working mainly on commercials, wearing various hats from Line Producing to Assistant Directing.
